Programme Analysis

You supply the training programme and our experienced sport science consultants will analyse the content based on your training and competition goals and your individual needs.

Your training programme will be analysed to ensure that the type of training is correct for the time of the year or season, the rate of progression is appropriate, there is adequate recovery and your programme meets your individual needs and goals.

Clients will be provided with detailed feedback and advice on:

• Content of the programme relative to needs and goals
• Guidelines on appropriate changes to training to meet individual goals
• Advice on when and where to introduced recovery periods
• General comments on volume and intensity of training relative to level of sporting involvement and goals
• Comments on rate of progression in training volume and intensity
• General comments on the type of training relative to time of season

Standard charge - £25 (months training assessed). The price will be dependant on the number of weeks training that is analysed.
